Best possible and unbeatable location, the hotel was walking distance to an underground station. A cool bonus was Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The deluxe king room we were provided was cosy.

I loved being 5 km away from Chennai Trade Centre, because who doesn't want to be close to a trade centre? And having the Indian Institute of Technology and Anna University just 8 km away made me feel so smart!

The pond was a whole 10 km away, and who needs a bazaar near the hotel anyway?

I had a really good stay at Grace Residency in Chennai. The room was cozy and the staff were polite and courteous. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from the airport.

It was a very very good experience. The food was good with a lot of choice! The room we had included climate control, multi-channel television, and an electric kettle. Very amiable staff, they helped us a lot.

The single room at Grace Residency was super cozy and comfy, like being wrapped in a warm hug. The flat-screen TV was perfect for chilling and catching up on my favorite shows. The air conditioning kept me cool in the Chennai heat. Loved it!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the bathroom layout, but hey, that's just me. Others might still appreciate it.

Planned to see Chennai major attractions and it was chilled-out base for visiting all of them. The location was marvellous and excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Smoking Room. The airport was 10 minutes' drive away.

Disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom.
